Black In HR is expanding nationwide with the launch of local chapters, starting in Houston and Dallas and continuing into cities like Austin, Nashville, DC, New York City, and Atlanta. These chapters create space for Black HR professionals to connect, grow, and lead locally. Membership offers access to officer and committee roles, members-only events, and exclusive programming designed to support career advancement and community building across the country.

Black In HR made history in Houston with an intimate Secret Dinner celebrating the launch of its first-ever chapter. The evening brought together Black HR leaders for intentional connection, career-focused conversation, and community building. Led by Chapter President Jess Duckett, VP Crystal Murphy, and host Ciera Parks, the Houston Chapter sets the blueprint for local impact as Black In HR continues to expand, with Dallas launching next on February 19, 2026.
