Service Description

We work with you to develop and improve your areas of opportunity. Our HR Executives leverage over 20 years of experience to help you zero in on your weaknesses, and turn them into strengths. This is for senior-level professionals with at least 10 years of experience. Here are a few of the areas where we coach you: Career Road-mapping Performance Issues Corporate Navigation / Relocation Self-Actualization Imposter Syndrome Managing Up / Taking Credit Managing under a PIP Leadership Presence Effective Listening Time Management Networking with a Purpose Workplace Conflict (Cultural, Generational) Difficult Conversations Giving and Accepting Feedback Team Dynamics

Cancellation Policy

Bookings must be cancelled up to one hour before the service start time to be rescheduled. Missed sessions will not be refunded and refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. . Each package has a deadline and the services must be completed within that time frame. Any sessions requested or scheduled after expiration may require additional payment. Your timeline begins on the date of your first session with your coach. Resume (1 week) Interview (2 weeks) Max (4 weeks) ***Career Coaching payments will be forfeited after two missed meetings.***
