Bookings must be cancelled up to one hour before the service start time to be rescheduled. Missed sessions will not be refunded and refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. . Each package has a deadline and the services must be completed within that time frame. Any sessions requested or scheduled after expiration may require additional payment.
