I am a human resource professional whose goal is to support organizations striving to provide an optimal work environment for their employees to serve at their best.

My current role allows me to support one of the largest college campuses part of a university system serving the five boroughs of New York City to execute its performance management and employee relations goals.

My role involves:

➢ Providing guidance counsel support to management and staff 

➢ Assisting with performance evaluation management and training 

➢ Participating in investigations and conducting disciplinary actions

➢ Administrating compliance training and campus certification

➢ Processing and disseminating instructions and requests 

Before changing to a career in HR, I served in leadership and service positions across multiple sectors. While serving in these roles, I acquired and applied technical skills to manage employee daily activities, develop staff, and manage programs and processes.

The competencies developed were instrumental in establishing and implementing processes to improve performance efficiency and service delivery, employee performance, and client satisfaction.
